Helping Children, Teens, and Families Navigate Life’s Challenges
Every child experiences difficult moments. Sometimes those challenges show up as anxiety, big emotions, behavioral changes, struggles at school, friendship difficulties, or challenges adjusting to life’s transitions. It can be hard for children and teens to put their feelings into words, and it can be overwhelming for parents trying to know how best to help.
At Present Path Therapy, I provide a supportive, compassionate space where children and adolescents can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing healthy coping skills and greater confidence. I work collaboratively with families to help strengthen communication, increase understanding, and support meaningful growth both inside and outside of therapy.
Whether your child is facing a specific challenge or simply needs additional support, therapy can provide a safe place to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
